EX POST SUBREGIONAL TEST I.
Back to the first major contest of the year, the initial intentions were to go /p. The preliminary WX forecast looked favorable. A few days before the start of the contest, WX conditions changed and the decision to stay at home was a definite one. So I took it out and stayed "portable" in front of the house
